Our staff member, Tebogo Machethe
Tebogo holds a ND: Mechanical Engineering from Tshwane University of Technology. He worked at the Patent Office for 2 years before moving to Hahn & Hahn Inc at the beginning of April 2006. Tebogo has extensive knowledge of novelty searching, evaluation and classifications. During his stay at the Patent Office, he completed two months of training in Munich (Germany) which was organized by the European Patent Office (EPO). He also took part in the search in EPOLOQUE and freely available databases seminar organized by the EPO in Vienna (Austria). He serves at the JCI Tshwane as the General Legal Councilor and has been invited by the Design Institute to serve as a Junior Judge in the DISA awards. He is currently enrolled for an LLB with UNISA. Tebogo's practice includes the drafting, filing and prosecution of patent applications as well as conduction novelty and infringement patent searches.
